Food Requirements to serve 200 people

Main Dish: Chicken -  250 pieces legs or Chick Peas -  8 large  #10 cans from Costco   

Rice:   20 lbs Basmati - Fried rice with peas (matar pulao)  

Vegetables:  8 large #10 cans (Corn or Green string  Beans) from Costco

Fruit:  225 pieces of Banana or 6 large #10 Can of peaches or mixed fruites

Salad dressing: 4 large bottles

Perishables to be picked up on day before the serve day

Salad:  8 large Costco bags or 15 heads of lettuce. 12 Cucumber, One 5lb bag of Carrots(shreded), 4 large box of cherry Tomato

Sliced bread: 14 large loaves and one large can of butter spread
